We would like to see a custom report that can be run by a scheduler and sent by email that identifies what has been received since last run, custom date range, or flagged as important "HOT". This could also be achieved by a 3rd party automation such as Office365 if an API was created.
~Purpose
The procurement department places the order, warehouse receives it, and important items are placed on a shelf in the warehouse. This notification would reduce constant check ins for installer of order status or the item being received and just sitting in the warehouse while the installer thinks it has not been received yet. This is especially and issue with items identified as "HOT".
~Use case example
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7am a report to runs automatically and emails people X,Y, & Z of equipment received since last run, overall equipment list of items received for the project, or items identified as a custom field as important. This way 3 times a week an installer or project manager knows that the item is sitting in the warehouse.
