Global Arrange Items

In Project Editor, we have an option to arrange Items based on a custom sequence.

Can we have a global setting for something like this so that for all projects we have a deafult for this?

We can use field filters like manufacturer or subcategory, model name, and it can be a sequence of rules the system will follow.
