Max bandwidth

Would like to be able to add a data point for network planning that includes estimated max data throughput on a NIC. Essentially as we start working with more and more AVoIP we need to do load balancing and ensuring we aren't maxing out an uplink or switching fabric. So being able to treat this like we do PoE would be nice.
