Mobile install not working....

For some reason when I log into mobile install on my galaxy s23 it gets stuck on the "100% logging in...." screen, and if I refresh it logs me back out again. It works just fine on my laptop. This is a large problem for my field techs.....as mobile install is becoming un-usable.
