Add dialog box when attempting to mass update locked items

When a user attempts to perform a mass update which includes locked project items in the selection set, the locked items are not updated and there is no indication that the operation failed. Potential solutions:

Good: Warning alerts the user that locked items are selected and will not be updated

Better: Dialog box gives the user the option to either unlock the items or proceed knowing they won't be updated

Best: Dialog box gives the user the option to unlock the items for that specific mass update operation, and then automatically lock them again after the operation is completed
