Add New RTF File

Now that we have RTF file editor/viewer built into SI, can we have an option to add/create a new RTF file for any custom operation in the system?

So, in the attached image, pointing to the files section of the project, where it says New > Visio/AutoCAD file, add another option for an RTF file too.

Maybe this can be added to the Open drop down inside the Project editor too..
