Pin projects to top

I suggest adding a feature to pin 3–5 projects to the top of the project list. This would ensure that important or ongoing projects remain easily accessible, even if they get filtered or moved. Pinned projects would stay at the top of the list throughout their lifecycle, making them quick to locate.
