Populate project assignments based on user roles

When creating a project from a template/wizard. it would be nice to have the Sales Rep, Project Manager, Designer fields populate based on Roles assigned to users. Currently you're present with all of the users and have to scroll to find the appropriate users name to fill in. IE Sales Rep would populate only those users assigned to the Sales Rep role, Project Manager would populate with only those assigned as a PM......
