Project Comments - Free window

Project Comments is an amazing feature in D-Tools that goes unused by many users.

It is a great feature that can help with time-stamped note-taking, instructions, and action items.

Currently, the comments window, when open, locks the projects explorer or project editor windows.

It would be great if that could be an independent window and allow making changes to the projects list or projects BOQ side by side.
