Project Default Price Rule

When applying, if using "Select a Price Rule" is chosen, only the basic calculations show on the list. Can the list be expanded to include groups? I have created many layered groups, and this would save time when creating a project. Otherwise, going into each item after and applying from the edit product page which DOES include my layered groups in the list adds much more time. Maintenance and review of the price rule list is a regular routine to ensure accuracy.
