Remove automatic default to send Notes field to QuickBooks

Sometime during the past 6months the Notes field from DTools is being sent to QB by default. Upon reaching out to support, I found out that was "a new feature by design"; however, I think that was a bad decision that does not help all clients and should be a QB integration settings Option. I was told that it now the new default and I need to submit feedback to get DTools to reconsider. The term "Notes" indicates an ad-hoc field that has a variety of uses. Every company I am sure uses the Notes field differently. Ours is about 30lines long and some of the data is confidential. To send all notes to QB Estimate where it has the possibility to be added to a QB Invoice could be quite embarasing (and has been which is how I found out this is happening). Can you please consider making this an integration setting to always be on or off? Not just up to the user to manually uncheck every time?
