Revision Compare Location updates

Hi, I received this from one customer today. They changed location for equipment in the new revision, but that change did not show up in the revision summary. Now if they are to generate a revision compare report, the change will not show there. Should this be a feature too that the new revision should track any changes to locations or the items too?
