Ability to assign calendar items to resources that are not a project task or a service order

We need to be able to see non-project related calendar items on the D-Tools calendar to prevent availability conflicts with things like PTO, schedule trainings, administrative tasks, etc. It is very cumbersome to have to rely on using several calendars on multiple platforms to ensure you didn't double book someone. Without this, the resource conflict pop-up windows has less value.
