Starred/Favorite Reports

When we select Run Reports > Client/Management/Install etc, can there be another category called starred or Favorite reports which would be local to a user account. So it will only have those reports which a user uses frequently and might want to see separately for quick access?

This can also work if on clicking Run Reports, there is a dropdrown saying stared report with another dropdown having direct link to run the starred reports.
