Submittals for Change Orders

Maybe I'm missing it, but is there a way to run a submittal report for Change Orders? If not, please add this.

We do a lot of ROMs upfront as part of the MEP process of large jobs. During this process I am using generic part#s/budgets, and after award months later we need to convert these ROMs to real projects and provide COs to the clients with submittals of equipment.
