Tab key order mapping

I would like the ability to modify the Tab order on entry screens. The order in which the tabs are layed out does not work for my workflow. As an example, when creating a new product, after entering the manufacturer, hitting tab moves to the add new manufacturer> add new image> paste image> clear image> edit manufacturer checkbox> and finally to the model field.

I would like the order here to be Manufacturer>Model>Category>etc.

Ideally, this is available globally- to edit the order of tabs in any entry screen.
