Adding Products in database only by Admins

With over 30 Engineers and Salesman working in our D-Tools, the product database is little by little contaminated as everyone can add and approve products without supervision and managing. E.g. product numbers not completed, wrong I/O's taken, specifications not correct etcetera. There's no way to let products to be verified prior to be approved by Administrators only. We would like a hierarchical product-right structure.
