Workflow for item fullfillment

It would be very helpful to have a workflow that would notify us when all items in the project are fullfilled. Essentially all equipment items that haven't been marked as DNO or OFE would conveivable be placed onto a PO and ordered then delivered with an item receipt added. Once all BOM items have an accociated receipt, a workflow notification could be triggered.

Additionally, would be a bonus if the ETA of the items was taken into account. For example. All items are placed onto their respective POs, then as ETAs are entered, a workflow could be send that there is a known final date that all items are expected to be delivered.
