Allowable Hours per Service Plan Item

It would be useful to be able to include a certain amount of Allowable Hours with each Service Plan Item. So that If an Item has 4 hours on it, it would automatically add the 4 hours to the Allowable hours in the service plan when added. Similar to how labor can be included on each product and/or listed separately for projects.
