Auto-categorize SOWs

Can we have a feature where we can great a file 'Category'' by default for SOWs? Even better if the default had three categories for project SOWs, Engineering SOWs, and Installaion SOWs. Chef's kiss would be to allow us to customize default categories for SOWs, proposal PDFs, and drawing files in the SI Control Panel.
