Feature Request: Add a clear visual indicator to the Notifications icon (top-right toolbar) when unread notifications are present, such as a red badge, highlight, or other attention-grabbing indicator.
This ensures users are immediately aware that a task requires their action, reducing missed notifications and improving workflow efficiency.
Currently, there is no obvious indication that unread notifications are waiting, resulting in significant workflow delays as staff are often unaware that the next step in a task has been assigned to them.

This is already a feature of Notifications in SI. When notifications are unread a red dot displays on the bell icon and the number of unread Notifications displays in parentheses.
