Bulk Homerun Cable Pull Feature

We need a method to prevent over charging our customers on labor for pulling bulk wire.

Issue: If you have one tech in a room and another tech in the IDF and they are pulling wire between both spaces. The amount of labor doesn't change if they pull (1) wire or (20) wires, only the materials cost changes. The bundled cable feature doesn't work for this as it doesn't adjust materials costs based on the included cables.

Expanding on this, we still want to be able to include bulk wire as an accessory to an item in both the project and catalog, but want to be able to once the system design is complete, be able to select a group of bulk wires and set them to a 'Cable Pull' which would essentially combine the materials costs for all of the included bulk wires but the labor should be a single wire run. The wire should remain as an accessory to each item so it's easy to know which wire is associated with which device, like how items in a package can be in different locations/systems. Open to dialoging about this.
