Catalog Workflow rule

If any new items are added from Web Lib to the catalog, they can be marked as unapproved, and an email can be sent to the approver to review the items before they are pushed to the approved state.
Would also need the option to access/view unapproved items and to be able to approve or unapprove catalog items/packages and labor items.
