Allow for Custom Color (RGB and HEX) coding for Wire (and other) Shapes

Only having 19 colors to choose from is kind of limiting. Some colors reproduce on screen or print-out better than others and the default, pre-defined colors, don't always work or suffice.

It would be nice to be able to use the Custom Color dialog as found in the "Format Shape" dialog and the ability to input RGB or HEX color coding for wire shapes (or all shapes where the limited color pallet is presented).
