More workflow "actions"

We would like more substantial workflow actions. Such as being able to affect project resource assignments, set project custom fields, change project statuses, trigger reminder emails, etc.

Also, we would like the ability to prevent task completion if no timesheets are logged on the task or if the checklist is incomplete.
