Add the SOW edit function to the revision window. It is annoying to be forced to use the last SOW in the Project carry over to the Compare report. We should be able to create a SOW in that window

Need the ability in Service Plans and Service Orders to create layouts that give us the ability to filter by status as well as be able to archive older service plans so that we can have a view to see active plans only.

While we can enter a custom file name manually for any report sent to the customer portal using the "Add Report" button, there should be a way to auto-format the file name like we can when we export PDFs from the report viewer.

I see that we can hide the Model number but we can not hide the Manufacture or the device ID. The last thing I would hid is the model. Can you at least add the ability to hide the Manufacture?
